In addition, the Chain Ferry now displays a flashing yellow light on the forward end of the Chain Ferry to indicate to mariners its intention to commence a crossing; the light remains illuminated until it reaches the opposite bank. Section 10 - Breakwater Construction Zone: A Breakwater Construction Zone will be established as per the diagram opposite. An Exclusion Zone will be contained within the Construction Zone and will be marked by a series of lit buoys.
