Double Century is by far my favourite cycle race . This is a true team event and brings with it a holistic experience . Race it and thank me later !

5 Team Del ?
I have been cycling with the Jeppe Boys for a while . They asked if I would be keen to cycle for such an amazing cause and to assist with the task of winning , which we did from a Fundraising perspective , ultimately in the name of the game .
6You have recently recovered from COVID . What did you learn about this experience ?
To not take life and health for granted . Things can change quickly and no matter how fit you are life can throw you curve balls .
7What recovery advice do you have for other athletes who have had COVID ?
The recovery game is all about PATIENCE . Some days you are going to feel amazing and then boom other days you are going to feel shocking . Embrace the rollercoaster and take it session by session . You have survived COVID and now it is about enjoying the journey back to the top . Lastly , it is key to remember that technology is great but wow it can mess with you head . Train according to feel and LISTEN to your body .
8If money was no option , what would be your dream bicycle ?
Without a shadow of a doubt the bike I am privileged enough to ride is my Trek Émonda SLR with SRAM RED eTap AXS

This is a tough question . I think I would try my hand at commentating and being a race official . This way I could replace the biased Cow & Belle “ Race Director / Commentator / Jack of all Trades ” Alberto Riccardi and show everyone how it is done .

I definitely have riding the iconic climbs of the Tour De France : The Pyrenees and Alps on my bucket list .
