Question 1 : How does a Girl from Slovenia ( right country , yes ?) wind up playing “ Crane Crane ” for a living ? Slovakia , however I am first generation South African .
Question 2 : You recently took on a fleet of trucks , what gap in the market made you feel this was a good direction for AtoZ ? Covid most certainly makes you think out the box , with the current situation and financial climate Covid has placed us in - I saw an opportunity of customers closing down and yellow metal that would have to be sold to auction yards and bought by new owners . All yellow metal plants would have to be transported to auctions . This offered an ideal platform and catchment for new clientele in a completely new industry for myself .
Not just that , but having a crane hire company as well as a few rigging teams , I would be able to offer a turnkey solution for clients that need abnormal loads lifted , rigged and transported . It was a no brainer . Making hay while the sun is shining . : o )
Question 3 : apart from bicycles you ride horses - which do you prefer riding and why ? I love both for so many different reasons . Horses will always be in my blood , I ’ d really like to start competing again in show jumping and dressage as well as being more competitive in cycling . Horse riding is incredible , the bond you create with your horse , the finesse , patience & being so intune at the top level . As for cycling , I love cycling & pushing yourself beyond
