FAY’S GRILLED CHICKEN
KEBAB’S
1kg Chicken mince
1 tbls Green masala (chillies
garlic)
1 to 2 tsp Salt
A little fried onions
Spring onion
Dhania/Coriander
Method:
Combine spices to mince and
fried onions, add spring onions
and dhania with a little oil
Shape into round balls or long,
grill them on a cast iron grid
Add lemon butter sauce
(butter, fresh lemon & aromat)
Serve and enjoy!
