Please share a bit of your background and how you see it relating to your current success in fitness and modeling.

I suffered a career ending injury while doing a job I loved and took care for the best patients in the world, our military and their families.

After a couple of failed surgeries and empty promises of a full recovery combined with chronic daily pain and loss of motion in my right upper extremity I became down and stayed there for many years.

My eyes were opened when my best friend convinced me to get out of bed and enjoy the beach while she attended Bombshell camp. I had the pleasure of sitting in on a speech by Shannon Dey before they were released from camp. That speech and

their beautiful energy sparked my light. It was a combination of that

dark time during my recovery and the love and light Bombshell demonstrated towards me and continues to display that I attribute my success.

Of all the clothing and modeling/acting opportunities you could land what would be your favorite role and what would you wear?

My favorite acting role would definitely be a superhero! As far as modeling I absolutely love both Betsey Johnson and Dita Von Teese.

Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.

My first competition was Battle on the Beach in 2014 and it was the day I fell in love with the stage! I did a total of five amateur shows in 2014 receiving my Pro Card on the last and that is something I will never forget!

Is there something that motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness that non-competitors might connect with?

The motivation of being better. I don’t think there is a person alive that couldn’t use improvement in some area.

The same is true for bodybuilding; through hard work and dedication we are able to continue to better ourselves both physically and mentally (cont. pg 22.).
