Please share something of your background and how it relates to your current interest in fitness and modeling.
I am of Ukrainian descent.. I actually got into fitness when I was getting ready to have kids, but my "kiddy" prep : ) turned into contest prep. . I started competing 2008 in Figure Division, switching to Bikini Division three years ago. I am a full time Art Director, mom and graphic artist. I love everything that comes with competing-setting and reaching goals, constantly improving myself, and showing my children how to grow up as kind and strong human beings."
Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.
So far I have been in a few shows, slowly but surely I am getting better and better:
2014
-St. Petersburg Muscle Classic: Bikini: Class C (2nd), Bikini: Masters (2nd)
-Southeastern USA: Bikini: Class C (2nd), Bikini: Masters (3rd)
2013
-NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States: Bikini: Class C (6th), Bikini: Masters (5th)
-NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan: Bikini: Class C (16th), Bikini: Masters (10th)
-2013 Arnold Amateu: Bikini: Class D (16th)
2012
-Eastern USA Championships :Bikini: Class C (7th), Bikini: Masters (4th)
-NPC East Coast Championships: Bikini: Overall, Bikini: Class B (1st), Bikini: Masters (1st)
2011
-NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan: Figure: Class C (8th)
2008
-NPC Atlantic States Championships: Figure: Class C (3rd)
The Most memorable has to be Arnold Classics, there were about 200 girls in just my class!
Second is definitely Southeastern USA last year, it appears I found promoters of a show that share my passion for fitness and pizza : )
What motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness? Which part do you have the most difficulty with?
My friends are a huge part and my kids, I would like to get my children into a mindset where working out and eating healthy is a norm not an exception. The most difficult part is Rest Day (cont. pg. 6).
