Please share a bit of your background and how its let up to where you are in the fitness industry today.

Main shows have been First one in 1994 at Slovenia nationals where I came in third.

1995 WPF open second place, 1996 again second place, In 2000 I had a bad car accident and was in a wheelchair for five months and on crutches for a year. My legs were crushed. In 2002 I cam back with my best conditioning and won the WPF world championship in France competing in bodybuilding light heavy weight division. Later that same year competed successfully in the WPF Olympia cup and Grand Prix in Belgium. Renee Tonny won that show with me loosing by one point.

Took some time off and came back in figure in 2007 winning national show in Slovenia and took second in the Grand Prixs in 2007 and 2008.

Earned pro card at 2012 IFBB Amateur Arnold Classics Europa and competed in first pro show in New York in 2014 placing 8th and then competed in Shreveport placing 9th.

Where do you typically workout? A certain gym? Any outdoor training?

I train at a variety of different gyms as I like to train on all kinds of machines as all are made a little different. In this way I can hit my muscles from all possible angles. l live close to the woods with a park and hills. I like to do uphill interval training and then walk down taking deep breaths and repeat. I’ll also typically do walking lunges and all kinds of exercises that come to mind. Feels good to be on fresh air too. I’m not a jogger though as I find it too bore. I train some of my clients this way too outdoors during nice weather.

Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.

I began training with weights when i was 15 years old in combination with karate and judo. I liked the exercises, feeling and results and individual nature of work. So I left martial arts and decided to focus on working out with weights only (cont. pg. 24).
