CHAMPS
Counties stayed actively
involved in the legislative
process after passage of the
Rebuild Alabama Act, rising to the
challenge of the County Day Battle
contest and turning out in droves
for County Days.
Chambers County bested far larger counties to win out
in the County Day Battle. Fourteen representatives turned
out for County Day, many of who were present at the
2019 ACCA Annual Convention to accept the awards.
