GOAT HILL CHAMPS Counties stayed actively involved in the legislative process after passage of the Rebuild Alabama Act, rising to the challenge of the County Day Battle contest and turning out in droves for County Days. Chambers County bested far larger counties to win out in the County Day Battle. Fourteen representatives turned out for County Day, many of who were present at the 2019 ACCA Annual Convention to accept the awards.
