legislation to accomplish
the following strategic goals:
• To amend the
existing Alabama
Disaster Recovery
Program procedures
to provide direct
financial assistance
to individuals and
certain nonprofit facilities,
as well as counties and
municipalities following
certain disasters to cover costs
of certain emergency protective
measures.
