SPECIFICATION
Wherever you are in the process and if you’ve found
your park or not, we’re a great place to start. We
take time to listen to your requirements, then we
work with you and your potential park to turn your
dream into reality by drawing up a spec for your
dream home.

WORK BEGINS ON
YOUR DREAM HOME
Once the specification, destination park, plot and
price has been agreed with all parties, it’s full
steam ahead – your home will be booked in to be
built. During the process you can pop and see it at
different stages too if you like, we’ll be happy to
show you round.
It’s actually a really enjoyable process, and one we
hope you’ll truly enjoy. You can pop to see us, visit
our factory and spend time in our showroom, or
we can meet you at the park, whichever works best
all-round at different stages in the design and build
process.

DOTTING THE I’S &
CROSSING THE T’S
You’ll obviously need to spend a little time with your
park to ensure you’ve filled out any paperwork
required at their end, but the rest we’ll take care of.
We liaise with them direct in terms of the mechanics,
practicalities and timing of getting your home there
in perfect condition ready to hand over to you, but
we both keep you in the loop at all times.

MOVE IN & ENJOY
YOUR NEW HOME
Once your lodge or residential home is yours, all
you need to do is sit back and enjoy it. We don’t exit
the process quite yet though. Our customers can be
confident that we will look after them just as well
when they’ve moved in as we did throughout the
build process. That’s what makes Country Homes
stand out – we’re just as passionate about customer
