A few spots remain in the SSSH class set to begin September 29th. The class targets helping older adults maintain or improve their strength, flexibility, and balance. The eight-week program meets at 10 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Great Bend Activity Center. Pre-registration is required, along with a pre-assessment before the start date. Give Donna a call to sign up today.

Monique, our Family and Community Wellness agent in the Hays office, is hoping to be trained to lead Stay Strong Stay Healthy later this year so that Ellis County residents can benefit from this program in 2023.
