Be sure to support 4-H members as they exhibit at the Kansas State Fair! Many entries from across the Cottonwood Extension District will be on display in addition to Public Presentations (both weekends), livestock shows, and the dog show.
Support 4-H'ers at Kansas State Fair
Barton County 4-H Families have the opportunity to grow in project areas and learn about resources, activities, and events through Saturday Sessions beginning in Oct. These 1 1/2 hour sessions will cover a specific set of topics and families will need to sign up ahead of time. The first Saturday Session topics are set as Oct 9 - Record Books; Nov 11 - Beef and Swine selection with a focus on the fair and sale process as well as Round Robin; and Dec 11 - Club Day Preparation.
