Business Communications covers topics such as a formal business letter and an email communication, as well as the difference of social media posting. Students from a variety of programs at FHTech are involved in the sessions with a goal of understanding how you handle yourself, in person and in writing, can impact your job performance and opportunities to grow as you represent yourself and your employer in these situations.
