Tamara Robertson, Ellis County 4-H Youth Development Agent, was recently selected as one of five Kansas 4-H Agents to attend the Experiential Facilitation 101 course hosted by Training Wheels LLC in Littleton, Colorado. This specialized training introduced her to essential facilitation skills, including ten different types of debriefing techniques, as well as the differences between team bonding, team building, and team development.

The course provided Tamara with valuable insights into group dynamics and equipped her with practical tools to enhance team engagement and communication skills through group activities. These 5 4-H Agents are eager to implement this work throughout Kansas 4-H and other community partners.
