Healthy Air Fryer Cooking class is March 3rd

Jen Webster, FCS agent in Pawnee County, will be sharing her tips for using an air fryer successfully. This busy mom and Extension educator is excited about the versatility of this small appliance that can cut out some of the fat that is used in traditional cooking methods. There will be room for 15 individuals to join the program in person at noon on March 3rd, at the Great Bend Activity Center 2715 18th Street. Zoom Zoom! - March 12th

The pandemic affected the way we interacted with friends, family and co-workers. Zoom meetings became commonplace. Are you comfortable joining a Zoom meeting? Would you like to learn more about the features Zoom offers? If so, plan to join Donna Krug and Megan Hammeke as they help you navigate the world of Zoom. This class is free but requires that you contact Donna at [email protected] so that a Zoom link can be shared ahead of the class. The class will be held Friday, March 12th at 1 PM via Zoom. Berny will be leading the SSSH workshop in Ellis on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning March 9th and ending on April 29th. Donna will lead the Great Bend workshops beginning March 16th and ending May 6th. A $20 registration fee and the completion of a pre-assessment is required before the first class.
