With more than 80 years of experience serving producers, the Kansas Farm Management Association (KFMA) maintains a long-term commitment to Kansas agriculture. Twenty-four KFMA economists/fieldmen, who are part of the Department of Agricultural Economics, comprise the professional staff of the KFMA program. The economists work cooperatively with individual farm families to provide members with production and financial management information for use in decision making. Some services offered as a member are – sound farm accounting systems, on-farm visits, accrual basis whole-farm and enterprise analysis, year end tax planning and management, and more. Open Class Market Wheat Show
Enter your best wheat by Monday, July 8th into the Ellis Co. Fair – Open Class Market Wheat Show.
Entries are fast and easy, just fill up a provided (at the elevator) 1-gallon zip lock bag of your best wheat while unloading at the elevator or at your own bins. Bin run samples only. After harvest drop off the filled-out Crop Data Card and leave it at the elevator with your wheat or bring both to our office, 601 Main St. by or before July 8th.
