In this session, Karissa will talk about why it is hard to fit regular exercise into your routine and how to combat these barriers with proven habit-formation techniques. Learn how to plan for setbacks, adapt to life changes, and find support. We will talk about how to apply these changes to make active habits stick. At this Stop ‘N Learn, you will also get to sample a healthy treat and take home the recipe to try it on your own!
