Walking Programs for everyone – Join Donna for this Stop and Learn program at the Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th Street, on Wednesday, February 17th at noon. Engaging in regular walking has been shown to be an important component to improve overall health. Learn about the walking programs available in our area.
A “Mindful Meditation and Do-In” workshop set to begin February 2nd has a few more spaces. The class meets 6 times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 AM at the Great Bend Activity Center.
