Prevent the transmission of HIV and malaria, achieving the
SDG targets to reduce the associated disease burden.
Enabling a healthier future in remote Uganda has many
unique challenges. However the phrase ‘prevention is the
best medicine’ applies as much in rural Uganda as it does
elsewhere.
With the primary focus being preventative health care, all
efforts and initiatives are targeted at encouraging people to
engage with the Health Centre in their community often, and
as early as possible.
GOALS
1. Maternal and Child Health
Deliver best-practice maternal and child health care
services, exceeding the Sustainable Development Goal
(SDG) targets for supervised, delivered, antenatal care
and immunization.
3. Financial
Run a cost neutral centre in our central villages.
