When I first found out we had won Nonprofit of the Year , I was in tears because I was so happy and proud . We have accomplished so much over the last few years . It has been such an honor to have Basic Needs be recognized by the Cottage Grove area business community for all of the work we do in the community as the 2022 Nonprofit of the Year .
