To lead , communicate , and share resources with our members to develop , grow and support our local business network and community .
General Overview
Our Chamber history dates back to 1968 , when a group of local businesses formed the Cottage Grove Businessmen ’ s Association . In 1990 , it took on its present name .
The Chamber is a nonprofit business membership organization 501 ( c ) 6 with over 215 members and growing and acts as the voice of its members .
We continually better our networking opportunities , educational events and resources for our chamber members . Representing businesses in Cottage Grove , Newport and St . Paul Park , the Chamber is founded on the premise that promoting business is synonymous with promoting community .
