General Overview
Our Chamber history dates back to 1968 , when a group of local businesses formed the Cottage Grove Businessmen ’ s Association . In 1990 , it took on its present name .
The Chamber is a not-for-profit business membership organization ( 501 ( c ) 6 ) with over 180 members ( and growing ) and acts as the voice of its members in the Cottage Grove area .
We continually better our networking opportunities , educational events and resources for our chamber members . Representing businesses in Cottage Grove , Newport and St . Paul Park , the Chamber is founded on the premise that promoting business is synonymous with promoting community .
