Gosnelwasfoundguiltyofmurdering3ofthe4 babiesinhiscapitalmurdertrialandguiltyofinvoluntary manslaughterinthe2009deathofanabortionpatient, givinghim alifesentenceinjail. Gosnelwasalsofound guiltyofinfanticide, racketeering, andmorethan200 countsofignoringthe24hourcounselinglawin Philadelphia.
