A s the Chief of Police for the City of New Port Richey, an Ambassador for the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, and an avid bike enthusiast, it is my privilege to welcome you to the 2014 Cotee River Bike FestSM! October is always one of the best times of the year to get together in Sims Park and Downtown New Port Richey with several thousand of your closest diehard riding friends to enjoy the weather, bike shows, live music, and food. The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, City of New Port Richey staff, Cotee River Bike FestSM committee, and numerous other individuals have worked extremely hard to create a fun environment. You are encouraged to have a good time and enjoy yourselves, but remember that safety comes first. Whether this is your first time in New Port Richey or you are one of the lucky ones who is a lifelong resident here, I hope you thoroughly enjoy all the amenities our city has to offer.
