As the New City Manager and on behalf of the City of New
Port Richey, we’d like to welcome the Cotee River Bike FestSM. With
spacious Sims Park on the banks of the Cotee River and tall Oaks
covered in Spanish moss, New Port Richey is the perfect ‘Old Florida’
setting. There’s plenty of free parking, so you can throw down your
kickstand, relax, visit and meet with biker friends.
Much is happening in New Port Richey, the Hacienda Hotel is
in the beginning phase of a million dollar renovation. For the many
bikers that are entrepreneurs, there is an 11,000 sq. ft. Smartstart
Business Incubator right on Orange Lake. But most importantly, are
the downtown restaurants, businesses and bars that work together
to make this great event happen. We encourage you to be safe and
spend time at their establishments.
We have worked hard to create a fun and safe environment
and would like to thank the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce,
Downtown Businesses, Bike Fest Committee and Volunteers.
Throughout the year there is always something happening in
downtown New Port Richey. There’s a strong sense of community
spirit and pride. We welcome you to our comfortable city.
City Manager, Debbie Manns
