The Maesa Magic Incubator is an innovative initiative launched by Maesa, the world’ s leading beauty incubator, to bridge the entrepreneurial access gap by supporting earlystage entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities in the beauty and wellness industries. Unlike traditional incubators, which often require revenue or shelf-readiness, this program welcomes pre-launch and early-launch entrepreneurs. Through the Maesa Magic Incubator, Maesa provides mentorship, resources, and expertise to three selected participants, helping them transform their brand visions into scalable and impactful businesses, fostering innovation and community growth.
