SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:
• One museum-style display case with lights. Product( s) must fit within a 3 / 4M w x 1 / 2M h x 1 / 2M d space.
• Signage on showcase with company name or logo and booth number
• ID sign included in showcase with product name and description, and QR Code that will connect to your preferred URL
• Inclusion on signage in a high-traffic area of the show, featuring all participants with company name or logo and booth number
RULES:
• No sales flyers are allowed in the display case, must be physical items
• Product must be nicely merchandised within the display case. Sponsor to include appropriate stand( s) and supporting elements for product.
• Booth personnel are NOT allowed to stand in showcase area
• Product display must be set-up by exhibitor on Monday, July 14
• Products can be removed between 3-4:30pm on Thursday, July 17. Any products not picked up by 4:30pm will be donated.
