Shampoo with chickpea flour
With this shampoo, your hair will
get oily less quickly and your scalp
will not be irritated. In a bowl, put
6 tablespoons of chickpea flour
and gradually add 1 small glass
of warm water until you obtain a
semi-liquid paste.
Apply on wet hair and massage
for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm
water. Mixed with a cider vine-
gar rinse diluted with water, this
shampoo with chickpea flour will
make your hair stronger and more
voluminous in the long run!
Solid deodorant
Ingredients:
30 g of baking soda (very fine)
20 g of Arrow root or starch
20 g of vegetable oil
30 g of coconut oil
10 drops of antibacterial essential oil of your
choice: Tea tree, lavender, etc. (To scent and neutral-
ize bad odors.)
Preparation:
Melt coconut oil, then add the vegetable oil of your
choice
In another bowl, add baking soda and Arrow root.
Mix all the ingredients and add the essential oil.
Keep your deodorant in a glass jar. To be used within
3 months.
