Step 1: Get an applicator bottle and pour the desired
hemp seed oil into the bottle.
Step 2: Create a hot water bath: Add boiling water into
a bowl then adding the applicator bottle to stand inside
to increase the temperature of the hemp seed oil.
Step 3: Check every 3-4 minutes to see how warm
the oil gets by placing a drop on your arm. After you
get it to the desired temperature, place you hair in four
sections using clips to keep them separate. Place the
hot hemp seed oil on your hair, including your scalp as
it should be placed on there as well. (Your hair can be
wet or dry during this process.)
Step 4: While applying oil, sweep the hair with you
hands several times and massage it in the hair so that
the oil can be absorbed sufficiently by the hair.
Step 5: After the oil is applied all over the hair, cover
it with a disposable hair cap allowing it to sit for 30
minutes to an hour. You can also wrap a steam towel
on the hair cap to allow it to deeper penetrate.
Step 6: After sitting, take off the hair cap and wash it
out. You’ll notice your hair is shiny, soft and will see
growth over time.
