BeautiMark
SureGrip
Our last gel option is the SureGrip by Beauti-
Mark, this is fairly similar in style to The Cool
Grip with a few differences. The SureGrip
is specifically designed to relieve pressure
points around the head which prevents pain
caused by improper fit or long wig wear. It’s
also hypoallergenic, easy to clean, and self
healing if it gets punctured. It’s worth noting
that while it fits up to a 24” circumference, it
is too big for petite heads. The company also
added that this works best on mesh wig caps,
which should be used if the wearer does not
have hair, the band will slide off of nylon based
caps.
Velour/Velvet
It is important to note that the
fabric wig grips are not as easily
cleaned as their gel cousins. They
work better for those with hair loss
and sensitivity, but during summer
months and for those who sweat
more, extra time for care should
be considered

Velvet Wig Grip
Made from a highly durable velvet, these wig grips are sure to
last a long time. This set is more budget friendly and currently
only comes in black or brown. That said, it’s still a great option,
the sizing is incredibly adjustable so consumers can fit it perfect-
ly to their heads circumference. This version is particularly great
for those looking to test out what a wig grip can do for comfort
and security without risking much.

Wigrip
This velvet wig grip is one of the most well-known versions. It’s
been showcased on numerous television programs and many
bloggers swear by it. The quilted velvet creates a soft, secure
base for wigs, hats, and scarves while being incredibly com-
fortable and soft on delicate skin. This also helps relieve tension
headaches and prevents additional hair loss from friction and
poor fit. While it was invented with hair-loss sufferers in mind, it’s
still a great option for anyone who wears a wig. The wigrip cur-
rently comes in black, gray, and tan so you can find the perfect
one for your needs.
