Readers!
We’re so excited to head into the new year and new
decade with all of you! We have a bunch of big plans
for the next year that we can’t wait to share with you.
That said, this is also a time for reflection and cele-
bration of all that we accomplished in 2019. Our mag-
azine has gone through a lot of exciting changes in
the last 12 months and we’re all so proud of the suc-
cesses and growth we’ve made. To start off the year
