Spring is just around the corner. Time to take a
look at the spring summer looks of the big 4 fash-
ion shows – Paris, Milan, New York, London. The
looks may be a bit daring for everyday life, but eye
makeup is perfect to transform yourself from day
to night. With the right hairstyle and extravagant
nails, you’re guaranteed to be the disco queen or
mysterious queen of the night until the next morn-
ing.
Disco Queen
Some makeup artists were guided by the motto
“Courage to color” at this year’s fashion shows for
spring summer 2020. They resorted to bright neon
colors and conjured up an exciting look for the
models. At Versace, for example, an eyeshadow in
bright orange was spotted, while at Helmut Lang’s
show the eyeliner was chosen in a daring shade of
green. Oscar de la Renta was particularly colorful.
Here the eyes of the models were strongly outlined
with yellow and orange. Color pop but with nude
lips. This look is less suitable for everyday use, but
more so to make an impression on the dancefloor.
