Irrigation System Indemnification Agreement
It is hereby agreed to by the undersigned homeowner at the below listed property as
follows:
Any work performed on the listed property including driveway repairs, pavers, tree
removal/replacement, additions, and change in landscape design, etc., that may
conflict with the homeowners current installed irrigation water lines including adding or
deleting sprinkler heads, water lines or any relocation of said equipment, an ACC
Application for Approval must be submitted. A relocation plan, if required, shall be
submitted with the ACC request.
The homeowner will be held liable for any damage to the irrigation system and any
damage to the adjoining property. The Kings Ridge Community Association and the
respective Homeowners Associations will be held harmless for any damage to the
irrigation system incurred by the homeowner or his or her designee or contractor.
The work scheduled should not impede on the neighborhoods regular irrigation day(s).
It is imperative that the homeowner arrange any work to be done around the irrigation
cycle. The homeowner agrees to notify the Kings Ridge Community Association, via a
work order to schedule the proposed changes to the system. Work orders may be

THE ONLY VENDORS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE REPAIRS TO THE IRRIGATION
SYSTEM ON A RESIDENT’S PROPERTY ARE THE NEIGHBORHOOD IRRIGATION
VENDOR. MODIFICATIONS OR RELOCATIONS MAY BE MADE BY THE
NEIGHBORHOOD IRRIGATION VENDOR WITH PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE KRCA
VENDOR/MANAGER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE HOMEOWNER
OR THE HOMEOWNERS HIRED VENDOR MAKE REPAIRS, MODIFICATIONS OR
RELOCATION TO THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
The Homeowner shall call the Community Management Office for any damage to
the irrigation system: 352.242.9653
This document must be signed by the homeowner and returned with the ACC
Application for Approval.
