Blue Route Mall - an evolution from the ground up! Blue Rote Mall built in the early 70’s and situated in the Tokai area of Cape Town, has undergone an extraordinary transformation, an evolution from the ground up. What was once a floor area of 48 000m2, is now 56 600m2, designed to perfectly meet the needs of the surrounding community.
