2. Life Skills Training
At the end of 2011, we conducted
a life skills training to empower
thirty two community representatives from Springbokpan and Verdwaal on issues related to leadership development, basic business
principles, communication & rules
of engagement and diversity management.
3. Portable Skills
Our recruitment process has been
finalised for our basic engineering,
code 10 (C1) and 14 (EC) driver’s
licence training programme. Forty
young people from local communities will commence training in May
2012.

4. Grade 12 Saturday and
Holiday Classes
From 2010, Sephaku has provided educational support materials (DVD sets) to schools located
in the Itsoseng area to assist with
revision and preparations for the
Grade 12 year end examinations.
In April 2012, Sephakualso approved a proposal to support Saturday and Holiday Classes for
Grade 12 learners at Tswelelopele
High School (Itsoseng) for 2012.
