The first thing we discovered is that when it came down to selecting the potential markets , it was the client that was choosing them , with little or no previous information . They rapidly got in touch with an unknown regulatory consultant who took on the project , but then problems arose : lack of information , misunderstandings , no documentation security , a string of constant investment and disappointments , and if in the end the registration got approved , the big mistake of selecting the wrong partner to sell its products ... In each phase a different interlocutor , none with a global view . We then decided to present a new way of doing things , by becoming « the sole partner » for our client .
