12. Privileges and Immunities of WHO
12.1. Nothing contained herein or in any license or terms of use related to the subject matter herein
(including, without limitation, the GNU General Public License discussed in paragraph 3.1 above)

Organization under national or international law, and/or as submitting the World Health
