5.3 Expenses Volunteer supervision It is entirely the decision of the organisation to offer to reimburse any receipted out-of-pocket expenses. The organisation must consider that they are setting a precedent by offering expenses to a volunteer. Volunteer member: Organisation’s budgets must be considered and most volunteers are giving their time free of charge. If the volunteer is representing the organisation at an event, expenses should be considered for this task.
