What is coaching? What does a coach do? Can you be a good manager, but not be a coach? Learn why coaching is a critical skill for leading a team, and what it takes to be a great coach. This course covers the four coaching styles and explains, in depth, when and how to use each one. It also provides a model to help structure your coaching conversations that will give you and your team member a clear path for moving forward.
