scissors, gauze, for emergency

Tracheotomy—sterile tracheostomy

A crash box may include the above
materials in a scaled down version
without the miscellaneous items. A
crash box is useful in that it can easily
be carried from one area to the next.
All staff should be trained in triage,
basic resuscitation techniques, and use
of medical equipment.
A 4-person protocol may be used.
