Copenhagen Talent Bridge is, in cooperation with Spousecare, offering a free of charge International Business Mentoring Programme (IBMP) for accompanying spouses of international employees in Greater Copenhagen. We facilitate your access to the Danish labour market by providing a platform where you get the opportunity to be matched with a Danish mentor from a broad range of companies and organisations in Denmark who can help you find a job matching your competencies. Implementing European best practices and possessing a large national network that you can tap into, our Danish mentors are ready to help you find a job that fits your competencies.

Spouse Care Service – planning the next step in your career?
Moving to another country often results in a “career suicide” for the accompanying partner. We can help you avoid this by providing a means to identify your career goals and discover your professional opportunities in Denmark.
Copenhagen Talent Bridge is in cooperation with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) offering and facilitating a free of charge career coaching course. The course is developed by DTU and consists of a workshop, followed by subsequent group and individual coaching sessions immediately after the workshop. As a participant, you will develop a structured and realistic individual action plan to support your future career progress in Denmark.
