The workshops also offer information and advice regarding the specific application practices in Denmark, and we are happy to assist you in attracting new grants for your research.

By increasing your knowledge about the Danish labour market, you’ll get a clearer understanding of your personal career goals and opportunities in Denmark.

We can also help you entering the Danish private sector. In collaboration with Copenhagen Business Centre, ISM arranges and carries out regular visits to companies in Greater Copenhagen aiming to strengthen the link between academia and the business sector. New in Denmark? – join our Introduction Meetings about Danish Culture and Society

Are you a newcomer in Denmark? And would you like to know more about the culture and society of your new home country as well as the research opportunities in Copenhagen?

International Staff Mobility at University of Copenhagen invites all newly arrived international researchers in Greater Copenhagen to take part in this introduction meeting about Danish culture and society. The purpose of the meeting is to share information about the University of Copenhagen as well as topics related to living and working in Denmark – such as the tax system, the pension system, the health system, insurances, Danish society, the school system and leisure activities etc.
