Cooking In The Raw! Fall Fruit & Vegetable Saute’
Ingredients:
1/2 head small Cabbage sliced
1/2 Apple sliced
1/2 Onion sliced
1 Garlic Clove minced
1/4c Carrots shredded
¼ c Cranberries
Spices to taste (Caraway Seeds, ground
Coriander
Cardamom, Turmeric and Cayenne)
1/2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Parsley Dried Garnish
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

add spices heat to aromatic
add cabbage cook till tender
add onion & garlic cook & stir in
