Cooking In The Raw! Sauteed’ Green Cabbage w/ Pears
ingredients:
1/4 head Cabbage sliced
1 small Onion sliced
1 Bosc Pear sliced
1 Garlic Clove minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley Garnish
Olive Oil

Wash cabbage drain
Heat Olive Oil in saute’ pan on
medium heat
add cabbage cook till tender
add onion, garlic
add Pears cook till tender
adjust seasoning s/p
add parsley Serve
