Who doesn't like cake?
We all have the time to make or buy a cake for someones birthday because cakes are so good and delicious. In this article I'll explain the different types of cakes: butter cakes, sponge cakes, and low or no flour cakes. I'll also show you recipes of some easy and delicious cakes.
Initially we are going to talk about butter or oil cakes.This means they contain some type of fat (usually butter but, some times oil)and beakingpowder. To make this cake we have to mix the sugar with the butter. Then we need to mix all the other ingredients and the more you mix it's the more it will be fluffy, and it will be more delicious.
Another good type of cake is the sponge or foam cakes. This cake is very popular, because it's made without fat fat.You dont need butter or oil. You use whipped eggs or egg whites. An example of this cake is an angel food cake. This cake is made with egg whites alone and no yolks. Most angel food cakes have a spongy, chewy quality derived from the high concentration of sugar and the absence of eggs yolk.
Last of all are the low or NO flour cakes. These are cakes made without (or with little) flour. They generally have a creamy or silky texture. They can be baked floureless cakes include baked cheesecake and floureless chcolate cakes. They are made in a springform pan.
In short we can say that not all peopole have the same taste, but if you want to know which of the above cakes are the best, we invite you to cook some of them, and decide which is the best.
