Accomplishments & Highlights:
• FICOSA North America opened their 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The company plans to add 900 + jobs when in full operation.
• Celebrated the official opening of Academy Sports + Outdoors.
• Several projects in final phase of recruitment pending at year-end.
• Appropriately responded to 25 requests for proposal or information.
• Launched brand new Highlands website.
• Hosted 8 site selectors to the CMA fest, along with the TEP, Nashville Chamber, Knoxville Chamber, Chattanooga Chamber, Roane Alliance, and the Memphis Chamber.
• Hosted a singer-songwriter event at the Annual Site Selector’ s guild conference along with the TEP, Williamson Inc, Clarksville Chamber, Murfreesboro Chamber, and several others.
• Participated in the PEP program for all four Highlands counties last year. Site visits in Overton, Putnam, and White Counties.
• Involved in White County’ s Distressed County Website Enhancement Grant meeting and joined the County Executive in showcasing White County to ECD Project Manager Victoria Hirschberg.

Accomplishments & Highlights:
• ATC Automation announced an expansion to current operations that will provide over 100 new engineering jobs to the Highlands region.
• Coordinated Industry Appreciation Month through signed proclamations from local governments and highlighted Highlands industry through industry-focused Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce Business Before Hours, industry spotlights and written spotlights in local newspapers.
