Accomplishments & Highlights :
• FICOSA North America opened their 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility . The company plans to add 900 + jobs when in full operation .
• Celebrated the official opening of Academy Sports + Outdoors .
• Several projects in final phase of recruitment pending at year-end .
• Appropriately responded to 25 requests for proposal or information .
• Launched brand new Highlands website .
• Hosted 8 site selectors to the CMA fest , along with the TEP , Nashville Chamber , Knoxville Chamber , Chattanooga Chamber , Roane Alliance , and the Memphis Chamber .
• Hosted a singer-songwriter event at the Annual Site Selector ’ s guild conference along with the TEP , Williamson Inc , Clarksville Chamber , Murfreesboro Chamber , and several others .
• Participated in the PEP program for all four Highlands counties last year . Site visits in Overton , Putnam , and White Counties .
• Involved in White County ’ s Distressed County Website Enhancement Grant meeting and joined the County Executive in showcasing White County to ECD Project Manager Victoria Hirschberg .

• ATC Automation announced an expansion to current operations that will provide over 100 new engineering jobs to the Highlands region .
• Coordinated Industry Appreciation Month through signed proclamations from local governments and highlighted Highlands industry through industry-focused Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce Business Before Hours , industry spotlights and written spotlights in local newspapers .
