Mom’s Potato Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
10.75 oz of cream of chicken soup
8 oz tub of sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup onions, chopped
Corn flakes
Method
1. Mix all ingredients (except Corn Flakes) together in a large
bowl, then put in a 9 x 13” baking pan.
2. Sprinkle with crushed Corn Flakes.
3. Bake 350 F for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Mom’s Potato Casserole goes particularly well with ham!

makes it every Christmas. When such
effort goes into the many components
of a holiday meal, it’s nice to have a
simple dish that never fails! I hope you
