Opportunity Act provides for programs
to develop and enhance your labor force.
Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) is
provided to any eligible employer seeking
to increase the skills and competitiveness
of their current workforce and On
the Job Training (OJT) provides wage
reimbursements to employers to help
compensate for the costs associated
with skills upgrade training and loss of
production for newly hired employees.
Georgia’s nationally recognized Quick
Start program can provide high-quality
training services at no cost to new and/
or expanding businesses in Georgia.
