brighter. Our friends and family noticed— our children noticed.

Now, two and a half years later, I can honestly say we are in the best shapes of our lives. I have never felt stronger or more confident in my body. I feel nourished, strong, and well.

My advice is to give, love, and serve in all areas of your life but especially your body. What I have truly taken away from this journey( that is continuous) is that when we take care of ourselves first, everything else follows suit. We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Give your body the best, most dense nutrition you can get your hands on so that your body can be the miracle it was designed to be; love yourself and your body in every form it is in because if you don’ t take the time to love yourself, there is no way you can love another; and finally, serve your body and mind with exercise and meditation. Push yourself to be stronger and more in-tuned with who you are and what you are capable of.
The journey of well-being is the most gratifying and purpose-driven journey I have
ever taken. It has made me a better woman, mom, wife, friend, and daughter. My husband and I decided that even on the hard days, our lives were worth fighting for. We all have one life to live. I challenge you to live yours with energy, vitality, and health.
