FAQ
How soon will I have access to my presentations?
After you place your order, you will receive an email which includes your login information to access your Playback account. Once you log in, you will have immediate access to stream or download your recordings. Recordings will be uploaded nightly during the conference. Check individual sessions for availability. Most recordings will be available within 24 hours of the last day. To access your online recordings, you MUST always log into your account. The Works USB Flash Drive package will be shipped within 5 business days of the conference.
What devices can access my presentations? You may STREAM your content on any computer with internet access including all mobile devices. You may DOWNLOAD your content directly to your computer AND Android devices. Apple devices require all downloads to be copied into iTunes and then transferred to Apple mobile devices( iPod, iPad, iPhone).
What is the difference between streaming and downloading?
Both streaming and downloading require internet access. Streaming-only requires constant internet access to receive the presentations. Downloaded files are stored on your device for easy access anytime-anywhere. And you own the files!
What is MP3 and MP4? Get the most out of your MP3 Audio and MP4 AudioPoint Video formats. MP3 Audio will play on computers, laptops and CD Players that are MP3 compatible, plus your mobile device. You can easily burn audio CDs in iTunes. The MP4 AudioPoint Video will play on computers, laptops and your mobile device. MP4 AudioPoints are video files that feature session audio synced with PowerPoints for a virtual re-creation of the presentation. Unless noted, the file will NOT include the video of the actual presenter, just the PowerPoints.
Can I download the entire packages? You may download every presentation one-at-a-time. The USB Flash Drive in the Works Package makes moving all the presentations easy with a single copy and paste.
What are other advantages to the USB Flash Drive?
The USB Flash Drive includes BOTH the Audio MP3 files and Video MP4 files for easy transfer. The Flash Drive is menu based so all you need to do is plug and play. Flash drives will also play MP3 audio files on cars with USB inputs.
How long do I have access to my content? The Fast Pass gives you 3 months and the Season Pass and the Works Package give you 12 months access.
When will I receive my WORKS package? You will receive your USB flash drive WORKS package in the mail approximately two weeks after the conference.
What is NACBA All Access Pass? Online ALL access to last year’ s presentations from the complete NACBA library. You will be able to stream OVER 30 sessions + 40 hours of recordings for 1 full year!
Can I share the educational content? This product is licensed for individual or internal office use only. NACBA retains the entire ownership of all copyrights for the content. You are not allowed to duplicate or distribute any content or files, for any purposes, outside your immediate offices or internal staff. You are prohibited from making collective or derivative works from the content. You may not assign or sublicense your rights without the prior written permission of NACBA. Any attempt by you to assign or sublicense your rights without NACBA’ s permission shall be void. The materials contained within are protected by copyright pursuant to U. S. copyright laws, international conventions and treaties, and other copyright laws.
